# Editing the URL of a Post

You can make changes to the end of a post's URL (aka "slug") if necessary.

1. Click the **Edit** button next the post permalink (under the post title box.) 
2. Make changes to the slug.
3. When finished, click **OK**. 
4. Click **Submit for Review** or **Publish**.
