Adding an Image with MP3 to a Post

Note: An image with MP3 needs an image that is at least 700 pixels wide. A 4:3 or 16:9 landscape-oriented image is recommended.

1. Click this link to go directly to the Image with MP3 section of the Media Milwaukee Style Guide. Use this as a visual reference when adding an image with MP3 to your post.

2. Add an image to the post.

3. Click the image to activate the Image toolbar (above image.) In the Image toolbar, click the Pencil icon.

4. In the Image Details window:

   • Add a caption to the image

   • Change the image size to Full column width

   • When finished, click Update

5. Press Return (on keyboard) twice to go a new line (after the image caption.)

6. Make sure you're working with the full Visual editor toolbar (you should see two rows of tools at the top the editor.) If necessary, press Control Option Z (on keyboard) to turn on the full Visual editor toolbar.

7. Click the Horizontal line button (in second row of Visual editor toolbar.) A horizontal line will appear after the image caption.

8. Add the text that introduces to the MP3.

9. Press Return (on keyboard) to go to a new line after the introductory text.

10. Add the MP3 to the post.

11. Press Return (on keyboard) to create a space after the MP3 player.

12. When finished, click Submit for Review or Publish.
