Creating a shareable link to a folder on Google Drive

  1. In , find the folder you'd like to share.

  2. Control-click (Mac) or right-click (Windows) the folder you'd like to share.

  3. In the fly-out menu, select Get shareable link. A Link sharing box will appear. Make sure Link sharing is set to On. A link to the file will be copied to your computer's clipboard.

  4. Paste this link anywhere you'd like it to appear (in an email to your instructor, for example.) Anyone with access to this link will be able to download a copy of your folder.
