  1. Adding content to your site

Creating a Link

  1. Make sure the Visual editor is active in a Post or Page.

  2. Open a new broswer tab and go to the webpage you want to use in your link. (You can also create links to Posts or Pages on your own site.)

  3. Copy the full URL of the webpage.

  4. In the the Visual editor, select the text you would like to make into a link.

  5. Click the Insert/edit link button in the Visual editor toolbar.

  6. Paste the URL in the Insert/edit link box.

  7. Click the Apply button.

  8. Click Update or Publish.

  9. Click View Post or View Page and make sure the link is working correctly. If it is not working correctly, you'll need to edit the link.
