# Performing a factory reset

1. Press the Hold button downward to power on the Zoom H2n.
2. Press the Menu button.
3. Use the Play wheel to scroll to System.
4. Press the Play wheel to enter the System area.
5. Use the Play wheel to scroll to Factory Reset.
6. Press the Play wheel to perform a Factory Reset.
7. You will be asked, “Are you sure?” 
8. Use the Play wheel to select Yes.
