Exporting a still image from your sequence

In the Program panel, position the playhead on the frame you would like to use as a still image.
Press the Export Frame button.
In the Export Frame dialog box, click Browse. Navigate to and select your project folder. Click Choose.
In the Format drop-down list, choose JPEG.
In the Name field, give the still image a name.
When finished, click OK. Your still image will be JPEG in your project folder.
