Opening an image directly in Photoshop

You may need to open an image while maintaining its original dimensions. To do this, you’ll open the image in Photoshop without creating a work area.

  1. In Photoshop, go to File and choose Open.

  2. Navigate to and select your image.

  3. Click Open.
