# Cropping an image

1. In the Tool bar, select the Crop tool. Crop handles will appear on the image.
2. In the Options bar (top) select the aspect ratio of the crop.&#x20;
3. To resize the crop area, click and drag one of the crop handles.
4. To reposistion the crop area, click and drag within the crop area.
5. To crop the image, press Return on the keyboard.
